Last night I went to the Intermediate open night they had performances at the start most of them were music. When we were looking threw the class rooms they had wood and robots and PlayStations and art. I got to have a game of buzz, I got to try and figure out the number of balls in three bags and I had to try to get a fake egg in a jar while it`s on a paper towel roll and a plate luckily I got it in. YAY! It was a fun night. I can`t what till next year.
Last week we made salt dough characters. We started of having to make the salt dough it was soft, squishy and salty because there is salt flour and water in the mix. The next day we planned the characters we were going to do. I did Darwin Watterson of The Amazing World Of Gumball. We got to play around with playdough with our plan and the tools that we can use to shape them. When we were finished we got to paint them. I used orange, green, white and black. It was fun and hard at the same time.
We can see a 3D A, it is brown and it`s in block lettering.
We think this is made from cardboard, hands, concentration and patience.
We think the artist made this to impress people and show people that you can`t just right letters.
If we were the artist we would put some colour into the artwork.
Today we made stuff out of salt dough. I made Darwin Watterson from The Amazing World Of Gumball. We made the dough yesterday and planned and made them today.
